Facemasks are optional. Whichever you are most comfortable with is okay with me!
Guests & kids are not allowed.
POLICIES:
- All appointments must be guaranteed with a $27.00 non-refundable deposit ($25 deposit + $2 for tax) that goes toward your service.
- The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment in the form of DEBIT CARD, CREDIT CARD, OR CASH.
ZELLE & VENMO ARE NOT ALLOWED
Late Arrivals
- Your appointment is very important to me, the time you have scheduled has been reserved especially for you. Please call/message me if you will be late for your scheduled appointment.
- If you are going to be over 20 minutes late, due to time restrictions, your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to reschedule (if wanted), and your deposit will be kept.
- If I do not hear from a client 20 minutes into their scheduled appointment, the client will be considered a “no show”

Cancellations or Rescheduling
- I request a 48-HOUR NOTICE for appointment cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Clients can cancel and reschedule appointments by texting me (203-561-0541). Your deposit can be saved for a new appointment (if wanted), if not, your deposit will be kept.
For clients canceling or rescheduling appointments with less than a 48-hour notice, your deposit will be kept & you have to give a new deposit if you want to reschedule.
SAME-DAY/24-HOUR CANCELLATIONS: YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE BALANCE DUE
NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL SERVICE AMOUNT AND COULD BE BANNED FROM BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS
No exceptions. Communication is key!
- Please respect my time and other clients’ time. I will not rush or run into another client’s appointment due to tardiness.
- All deposits and transactions are final sale and NON-REFUNDABLE.
